Order form instructions:

Fill in your company information as well as you are able.

Click the second tab, and fill in the quantities you would like to order.

Look at the bottom of the page and your totals will be calculated.

To calculate shipping note the total "cubes" and then click the "shipping" tab. Find your city, and enter your number of cubes the the green box. Go back to the order form page, and your shipping total will be calculated there.

If you have any special discounts, enter the percentage in the box, and that will be calculated as well.

When you are finished, save the file to your computer, and email it in!
